Frieren: Beyond Journey's End
Along with the hero, the priest Heiter, the dwarf warrior Eisen, and the elf wizard Frieren, the rest of the hero's party forms relationships via shared experiences and fights over their ten-year mission to vanquish the Demon King. For most of them, these memories will last a lifetime.
Having said that, Frieren's life spans more than a thousand years, and the time she spends with her companions is just a small portion of that. Frieren goes back to her "usual" ways of gathering spells around the land as soon as the party disbands following their triumph. She doesn't seem to care much about the things that happened to her because her sense of time is different.
Frieren gains a better understanding of the lasting effects of her time at the hero's celebration as the years go by. After seeing the deaths of two of her old friends, Frieren realizes how careless she had been with them and makes a commitment to learn more about people and develop genuine relationships. A new tale is about to start, even though the story of that once remarkable adventure has long since concluded.
