Ai Hoshino, a sixteen-year-old rising star from the pop idol group B Komachi, enthralls the world. However, many people are alarmed when she announces a hiatus due to health issues.
From his rural medical practice, gynecologist Gorou Amemiya cheers on Ai, a passionate fan of hers. He dreams of seeing her in person someday. When Ai visits his hospital, she is not ill but rather expecting twins, fulfilling his request. Even as he assures Ai that she will have a healthy delivery, the doctor can't help but wonder how their relationship would change after meeting the idol.
