The effects of black seeds on male infertility were also examined in a systematic study that was published in 2015 in the Journal of Herbal Medicine. Overall, the researchers came to the conclusion that black seed can "positively alter sperm parameters, semen, Leydig cells, reproductive organs, and sexual hormones" after reviewing studies conducted between 2000 and 2014.
