May Reduce Your Risk of Cancer
Cell proliferation that is unchecked is a hallmark of the disease of cancer. Alternative anti-cancer remedies are becoming more popular than traditional cancer therapies. It's interesting to note that some study points to the potential advantages of the spices used in golden milk in this context. For instance, 6-gingerol, a compound present in significant concentrations in raw ginger, has been linked in certain test-tube tests to having anti-cancer potential. In a similar vein, research in both the lab and on animals suggests that chemicals in cinnamon may help slow the development of cancer cells.
The active component of turmeric, curcumin, has also been shown to inhibit the formation of new blood vessels in tumors, which limits the spread of malignancies and kills isolated cancer cells in a test tube. Nevertheless, there is still little proof of ginger, cinnamon, and curcumin's ability to prevent cancer in humans. Furthermore, research findings are mixed, and it's not obvious how much of each element must be ingested to possibly reap these advantages.
