The Bungalow, the taproom for Middle Brow Beer, has a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a pizza with a chewy, sourdough crust that's become a local favorite in Chicago. Traditionalists can also choose a very sturdy cheese or sausage pie in place of Middle Brow's pizza, which is cut into conventional doughy triangles and frequently topped with fresh, local ingredients like butternut squash and seasonally available spring ramps.
