Mount Eburru

Mount Eburru is ranked sixth on the list of the highest mountains in Kenya that Toplist has compiled for you. The mountain is 2,856 meters high and located in Nakuru County. Suswa, Longonot, Olkaria, Elmenteita, and Menengai are among the volcanoes in the rift that encompasses Eburru. The Akira plains separate it from the Olkaria volcano to the south. The eastern margin of the rift is covered by trachytic tuffs, some of which are ignimbritic, and trachytic lavas. Trachytic and pantelleritic pumice, as well as layers of ashfall, discharged from Eburru, dominate the western edge.
