Mount Suswa
The ninth place on the list of the highest mountains in Kenya is Mount Suswa. Mount Suswa is a shield volcano in the Great Rift Valley, near the Narok and Kajiado counties. It stands at a height of 2,356 meters. Lava tubes and a distinctive twin crater are two of the mountain's most notable features.
Mount Suswa is located between Narok and Nairobi, Kenya's capital. Mount Suswa is located in Narok County in the northwest and Kajiado County in the east and south. Suswa, the town with the same name, is located just northwest of the peak and serves as the primary entrance point for visitors. Mount Suswa has a remarkable twin crater with a moat-like inner crater and a tilted piece of rock in the center. Lava tubes on the northeast edge of the outer crater are another feature of the mountain.
