Chang's was owned and run by Centerbridge Partners until it was purchased by the private equity firm TriArtisan Capital Advisors on March 2, 2019. P.F. Chang's is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The restaurant franchise specializes in American Chinese cuisine as well as other Asian specialties.
