Pita

Pita bread is a flatbread prepared using wheat, salt, yeast, and water. Pita implies 'flat' in Greek, referring to the bread's smoothed texture. It is baked at relatively high temperatures, often about 400C, which allows the dough to expand quickly and form a huge air bubble in the center. You can recognize that it is easy to split up pita bread, which is convenient for inserting your toppings. However, this advancement is not by default; the air bubble in the center creates this effect.

Pita bread makes an excellent sandwich. Or, you can combine it with tomato purée and grated cheese to create your customized low-calorie pizza substitutes. These foods are enjoyable and simple to create, suitable for children. You may roil or microwave them for a softer, gooier variation.

Naturally, Pita is one of the greatest bread for kebabs since the meat and salad fit perfectly within the pouch created by the air bubble in the middle. It is also ideal for dipping into a drip pot or a sauce-based dish such as a curry.
