S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (PSU) was founded in May 1960 by S. Toraighyrov. In S.Toraighyrov, 47 master's degree programs and four PhD programs are offered (PSU). In the maintenance of an educational program of discipline, modules are joined in modules, and each module produces necessary skills according to the Dublin descriptors on education levels. Training in a master's degree and PhD studies is conducted on modular educational programs. Poly-lingual education is introduced in the educational process of five master's degree specialties: informatics, chemical technologies of organic substances, chemical technologies of inorganic substances, physics, electrical power engineering, and tourism.

The training is given in three different languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English. The educational program is implemented through a two-degree formation of speciality of a master's degree "Physics" with Tomsk state university and 6M050300 Psychology with Baltic institute of psychology and management (Latvia). The specializations Biology, Ecology, and Tourism have a cooperative educational program with the Altai state university (Russian Federation, Barnaul).
