Suites upstairs have had a classic-meets-modern renovation from NYC king Bill Rooney. The elegance of the marble floors and Art Nouveau building is highlighted by the soft greys, taupe, and gold. The suites' artwork includes a painting by Michael Davis of Brooklyn, hand-painted floral murals by David Qian of Hong Kong, and headboards by Helen Amy Murray of London. After shopping, Livingetc enjoyed unwinding in the marble bath while watching Hollywood classics on the built-in TV. You can quickly head to the stores because Bergdorf Goodman, Tiffany & Co., and Barneys are close by, and the spa offers a special ESPA jet lag treatment.
