The seafood at this Michelin-starred gastropub comes from the surrounding area: oysters come from the Thames Estuary, and fish comes from the North Sea. They now have a single menu. This is a five-course Tasting Menu consisting of modest, seasonal meals that highlight the surrounding environment. This meal is created on a daily basis and includes both old and new recipes from the last two decades. For each course, you will have a choice of two or three selections on the day.
