The Surgeon’s House

If you want to see the ghosts get a medical education, you could invest in Arizona's famous Surgeon House. The former town surgeon's 1917 home is now a charming bed and breakfast and is said to be haunted by a slew of ghosts. The house was the site of many extravagant parties hosted by the owner and his wife, and guests staying at the inn have reported hearing phantom music and seeing a ghostly couple dancing to this day. A friendly woman in a blue dress and a man carrying a leather doctor's bag are among the other apparitions seen here.

It's now a bed and breakfast (Not much is known about why these ghost houses are being turned into bed and breakfasts), but guests have reported seeing ghosts of nurses and doctors roaming the halls. No word on whether the staff is pulling pranks to increase business.
