The Tech Interactive
Keystone museum Tech Interactive is located in the heart of San Jose, California, at the southeast corner of Plaza de Cesar Chavez. The award-winning exhibits at this popular museum for families combine education and enjoyment. In-depth interactive displays and cutting-edge technology-focused galleries are prominently featured. Along with an IMAX cinema showing documentaries and family-friendly blockbuster movies, The Tech Institute also provides a wide selection of educational events for both adults and children.
The three-story structure has a striking mango and azure color scheme. A complicated multi-story sculpture called Origin is located on the ground floor of a 45-foot (14 m) tall cylindrical structure. The artwork illustrates the connections between art, technology, and the earth's natural resources. George Rhoads' well-known rolling ball sculpture Science on a Roll may be found close to the building's entrance. Famous Silicon Valley businessmen Bill Hewlett, David Packard, Bob Noyce, and Gordon Moore are quoted on the front wall. Ricardo Legorreta, a Mexican architect, created the structure.
