Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen is ranks first in the list of best restaurants In South Beach. In South of Fifth, Miami Beach, there is a family-run eatery called Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen. Together, the two fathers (Abba) create a relaxed atmosphere with delectable cuisine by fusing the melting pot of cultural elements from these two coastal communities. Abbalé provides an excellent dining experience by fusing the rich flavors of Israel, Turkey, Greece, and Colombia with Chef Samuel Gorenstein's healthier approach to cooking.
This cozy restaurant might pass for a quaint villa surrounded by magenta bougainvillea in bloom, but it's actually a soulful setting to savor the cuisine of Israel and Mediterranean comfort food. Abbalé (derived from the Hebrew word for "father"), a cooperation between chef Samuel Gorenstein and Omer Horev, the creator of Pura Vida Miami, serves the meals that the two restaurateurs (and fathers) give to their families at home. Before tucking into shakshuka, a baked Mediterranean egg dish, or a roasted local fish, start with the "Holy Grail '' of tahini, grated tomato, and green harissa served over fire-baked pita. The Mediterranean cuisine served by Abba is ideal for Miami's climate and is presented in a lovely setting.

Carbone ranks 3rd in the list of best restaurants In South Beach. One of the most renowned Italian eateries in the past ten years is Carbone, which was founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. Most likely the best way to put it is as described by The New York Times: "It is a fancy red-sauce joint as directed by Quentin Tarantino, bringing back the punch-in-the-guts thrills of a genre that everyone else sees as uncultured and a little embarrassing, while exposing the sophistication that was always lurking there. A lot of other restaurants appear like sincere, uninspired drones in comparison to the restaurant's technological prowess and sense for pure fun.
You must make a reservation in advance if you intend to eat at Carbone. Reservations for the New York transplant are fully booked a month in advance. It will be worth the wait to experience the Old World charm that Mario Carbone and his business partners Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick have developed. The eatery pays homage to traditional red-sauce eateries from New York City, but with a contemporary (and costly) twist. Classic dishes like veal parmigiana, minestrone, and baked clams are abundant on Chef Carbone's menu. Your Instagram feed may have featured Carbone's hot rigatoni vodka. Served on a hand painted plate from Umbria, it's worth ordering for the photo — but take the time to actually eat the dish, which is creamy, spicy, and ultimately worth the monthlong wait.
