Calm was named "App of the Year" by Apple in 2017. The app is designed to help people cope with worry, sleep better, and practice mindfulness.
Meditations are the most well-known aspect of Calm. Sleep, beginners, work, inner peace, anxiety, emotions, and personal progress are some of the categories that you can choose from. People may also pick from a variety of masterclasses, which are audio sessions recorded by mindfulness professionals. The app includes meditation sessions to assist individuals in de-stress, as well as breathing exercises, music, and natural sounds to help people relax and sleep better. Stress, Focus, Anxiety, and Relationships are some of the categories in the meditation section. Calm is appropriate for both beginners and experienced meditators. Meditation sessions on the app range from 3 minutes to over an hour.
