Great Victoria Desert

Great Victory desert is located in the south of Australia, characterized by its barrenness and very few inhabitants.


It is also the largest desert in the country with more than 424,400 square km in terms of area. The land in this place is mainly parallel dunes, meadows, pebbles, and a few other salt lakes.


There are usually thunderstorms and storms with an average number of about 15 to 20 storms per year. However, the average annual rainfall is still quite low, and there isn't frequent rain. Great Victoria's temperatures usually range from 32 to 40 degrees Celsius in the summer. By winter, temperatures will drop slightly lower, between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius.
