Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) is one of Vietnam's premier technological universities. HCMUT, with a 63-year existence, has remained the largest, most famous, and oldest engineering institution in Southern Vietnam. The institution actively cultivates talents and provides human resources with excellent technical abilities that are acknowledged as equivalent to those of other advanced Southeast Asian countries.

HCMUT has become a brand name for innovation and excellence, consistently impressing its partners with one of the highest employment rates in Vietnam. It is also considered an important research excellence center that significantly contributes to technology transfer operations in Southern Vietnam.

The institution provides a diverse range of training programs, including undergraduate (full-time, part-time, and second-degree bachelor of engineering) and postgraduate degrees (master's and doctoral programs). HCMUT has 1,163 employees and 26,278 students enrolled in 11 faculties, the majority of which focus on engineering, architecture, and industrial management. HCMUT has so far developed 15 foreign undergraduate programs and 6 international master's programs that are entirely taught in English.
