University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City

The University of Economy Ho Chi Minh City is regarded as one of the best economic universities in Vietnam and neighboring countries such as Laos and Cambodia. With a position on the list of the top 1000 economic institutions in the world, this university's prestige has also been beyond the boundary of Vietnam and South East Asia.


The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City was established in 1995 by combining three current schools: the old University of Economy (HCMC), the former Financial Accounting of HCMC, and the Faculty of Economy at the University of Ho Chi Minh City. From its inception to the present day, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City has been considerably praised and has always deserved to be regarded as an important economic university in the South of Vietnam in particular, and in the entire country of Vietnam in general.


At the moment, this institution has over 50,000 students enrolled in several programs ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate, non-formal, and international collaboration, all of which are focused on various elements of the economy such as finance, entrepreneurship, public economics, and auditing. A great lecturing staff of 142 doctors, 213 masters, and 37 professors or vice-professors is in charge of teaching responsibilities at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
