Lake Piva
The northwest region of Montenegro's Municipality Pluine is home to the man-made lake known as Piva Lake. The Tara, Piva, Komarnica, and Suica rivers have carved out some beautiful gorges in the limestone plateaus and densely forested Piva terrain.
The Pluine and Piva region, which is surrounded by the tall Durmitor, Vojnik, Golija, Volujak, and Magli mountains, is a significant portion of Montenegro's hilly terrain. You'll be in awe of the magnificent vistas, thrilling terrain, and overall stunning beauty of nature. The greatest freshwater reservoir is represented by Piva Lake, which offers excellent recreational facilities. The Piva Monastery, which once stood where the medieval town of Pluine now stands on the lake's bottom, has been moved.
One of Montenegro's most stunning lakes, with blue water and clear, pure waters. Despite being artificial, the lake blends in beautifully with the captivating surroundings. In addition to providing everything you would expect from a cruise, Piva Lake's emerald-blue waters, which are teeming with trout and chub, are a genuine fishing enthusiast's delight. A cruise on Piva Lake offers you a quiet, serene day on a lake in a natural setting, with lovely vistas and calming fresh air. It represents true delight.
