Polytechnic University of Milan
With around 42,000 students, the Polytechnic University of Milan (Politecnico di Milano) is Italy's largest technical university. Engineering, architecture, and design courses are offered at the undergraduate, graduate, and higher education levels at the institution. It is Milan's oldest university, having been founded in 1863.
The Polytechnic University of Milan includes two main campuses in Milan, Italy, where the majority of research and teaching activities take place, as well as five satellite campuses around the Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna areas. The major offices and headquarters are located in Milan's historic Città Studi campus, which is also the largest and has been in operation since 1927.
