It is designed for people of all levels of experience, from complete beginners to those who have been meditating for years. So, what exactly does "The Essential Guide to Meditation" teach?

We'll gain a basic overview of meditation in the first set of classes. We will discuss why it is necessary, how to get started, and what you can expect to gain from the course. The following set of classes will concentrate on strengthening your attention through meditation. Attendees are provided several examples of areas of their lives that would benefit from increased attention through meditation.

Then we are educated on our energies and how to direct them to our advantage through breathing exercises. This is a highly practical program with mindfulness exercises that you can immediately adapt into your practice. The next module's theme is mindfulness meditation. You will learn how to become more aware of your surroundings. You will learn to manage your numerous pressures healthily if you become more conscious of your emotions.

The latter two modules are primarily concerned with self-discovery and the application of the strategies acquired. You will learn to apply the exercises you have learned in real life, allowing you to get to know yourself better.
