The Mnuw is the most unique restaurant in Micronesia if not the world and is also one of the best restaurants in Micronesia. Its height is 170ft (55m) Phinisi schooner with 3 dining decks, 2 bars, and a kitchen all on board. Start your day with a gorgeous sunrise during breakfast. Or, unwind after a full day of activities with a cold beer or tropical beverage while swapping sea stories.

Imagine rough-hewn timbers, teak walls, wall sconces, comfortable corners, the scent of wood, vintage décor, and intimate lighting; you can now "feel" the Restaurant. The food is inspired by Asian, local, and European recipes, and it comes in big servings that are both healthy and delicious. On the daily menu, you will find handmade pizza, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers, as well as fresh fish sandwiches. When you try the restaurant's own micro-brewed beer from the Stone Money Brewing Company, it is easy to see why it is so difficult to leave the restaurant.

7 star's Riverside Restaurant & Lefty's Bar is among the best restaurants in Micronesia. The menu of the restaurant is basic typical Pacific breakfasts (eggs, meats including spam, rice, toast, or hash browns) and a selection of American and Asian lunches and dinners including sandwiches that come with fries or a salad. For dinners, the restaurant had a grilled cheese sandwich, a cheeseburger, shrimp tempura, and teriyaki. The shrimp was actually breaded in panko, not tempura. Everything is very inexpensive. The check for entree and soft drink or coffee was never more than $10. And dinner portions are very generous, the rice came out of a scoop the size of a rice bowl.

The service is wonderful. You will always be greeted with a warm, friendly smile from servers. They were genuinely concerned that you were satisfied with your meal. In the morning, coffee was refilled promptly. The decor is basic but very clean.
