Bakhtar University

Bakhtar University, founded in 2005, is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in Kabul (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Bakhtar University (BU) is a coeducational Afghan higher education institution that is officially recognized by Afghanistan's Ministry of Higher Education.

Bakhtar University (BU) provides programs and courses that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees in a variety of fields. BU also offers a variety of academic and non-academic facilities and services to students, like sports facilities, administrative services and a library.

For the first time in Afghanistan's history, the university has launched Masters programs in Business Administration and Computer Science. The university employs highly qualified faculty, the majority of whom are from Pakistan and India. Currently, the university offers MBA, MCS, BBA, BCS, BJR, BCE, and LAW programs, as well as some diploma programs in English.
