Those who adhered to a Mediterranean-style diet had a 40% higher probability of getting pregnant than those who followed a "health-conscious, low-processed" diet with minimal quantities of meat, mayonnaise, and snacks, according to a different research of 161 couples receiving treatment in the Netherlands.
