Ingredients:

  • Avocados
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instruction:

  • To remove the seed from avocado, simply cut it in half.
  • Lemon juice should be drizzled on the halves before brushing them with olive oil.
  • Place the cut side down on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper or any additional seasoning of your favorite should be added last.
