In scrambled eggs
Avocado scrambled egg is the ideal meal for a keto or low-carb diet when you’re eating mostly protein and healthy fats. Try to add some avocado to your scrambled eggs for a take on a classic breakfast meal. If you want your scrambled eggs to be even healthier and richer in beneficial fats, you may add some avocado to them.
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Avocado
- Salt & Pepper
- Cheddar Cheese – optional
Instruction:
- Add some chopped avocado to eggs as they cook in the pan.
- To prevent burning the avocado, make sure to do this halfway through the cooking process and continue cooking the eggs until they are cooked.
- If you like it colder, you may add the avocado after the eggs are cooked and removed from the heat.
- To finish the meal, sprinkle some cheese crumbles over it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
