Pickled

Pickled avocados are excellent and may be used in salads and sandwiches as well as other dishes where avocados are typically used. Make pickled unripe avocado just when you think of "how to use avocados before they go bad".


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) of white vinegar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Instruction:

  • Combined all ingredients in a pot and heated to a boil to make them. Different flavors, such as garlic, fresh herbs, mustard seeds, peppercorns, or chilies, can be added to the pickling mixture.
  • Next, add the avocado slices to the jar and cover them with the pickling liquid.
  • Finally, put a lid on top of them and put them in the fridge for at least two hours. Slices of pickled avocado can be stored for up to a week in a refrigerator with a tight lid.
