In smoothies

Smoothies are a great alternative to snacks and meals. Avocado goes well with fruits like banana, pineapple, and berries as well as green, leafy vegetables like kale. Additionally, try adding protein powder, Greek yogurt, or milk for a beverage that is protein-rich.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 grams) of vanilla
  • Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (15 grams) of spinach
  • Ice to taste.

Instruction:

  • Peel the avocados first.
  • Place milk, avocado, yogurt, and honey into a blender; add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • If you have a high-speed blender, try freezing your milk of choice in an ice cube tray and using that for the avocado drink instead of refrigerated milk. This tastes like an avocado milkshake and is especially tasty when made with canned coconut milk.
