The Institution of Zulia is a public university in Maracaibo, Venezuela, with its main campus in the city. LUZ is one of Venezuela's largest and most prominent universities. The Institution of Carabobo is a Venezuelan autonomous and public university in Valencia. It provides graduate and postgraduate programs in a variety of fields.
