  1. Karsiborska Kępa is a Polish island near Winoujcie in the northwestern part of the country. On the island, it is also the name of a natural reserve and bird sanctuary. It is considered one of the most beautiful islands in Poland.

The island is well-known for being the aquatic warbler's most important breeding ground. The Polish Society for the Protection of Birds, on the other hand, purchased 1.8 square kilometers of the island. The entire island is around 3 km2 in size and is OTOP's lone reserve. The number of aquatic warblers on the island is determined by the water level and vegetation present. The island is covered in wide meadows and pastures, as well as extensive reed beds. Marsh and Montagu's harriers, Eurasian curlew, common redshank, and bearded tit are among the other breeding birds. The white-tailed eagle, black kite, and lesser spotted eagle are among the other species. There are several flocks of geese, ducks, cranes, and waders on the route. Wild boar and, on rare occasions, otter are among the various types of fauna. Birders frequent the facility, which is conveniently located for travelers traveling to Poland via Germany.

The Karsiborska Kępa's habitat is threatened by a variety of human and environmental factors. The majority of them are caused by tourist traffic, a lack of legal protection, and business activities.

  2. Even now, hundreds of years after the district was formed, Ostrów Tumski (Cathedral Island) serves as the religious core of Wrocaw. Explore the city's cathedrals and churches during the day, then stroll down Katedralna Street at night, when the cobblestones are illuminated by vintage gas lamps. With beautiful scenery, the island is always in the top of the most beautiful isl

If you're traveling from downtown Wrocaw, cross the Oder River, also known as the Odra in Polish, to go to Cathedral Island. The Amber Road, an old trade route connecting Venice and the Baltic States, ran through the island's original wooden bridges.

This is a lovely, historic, and popular place to spend an hour or two wandering around. You can go to one of the many churches (mentioned individually) or simply take in the architecture, cobblestone streets, river vistas, eateries, and cafés. On a lovely, cold Sunday in March, I spent some time exploring this region and the adjacent islands - and it was very popular.

The atmosphere inside and outside the structure is incredible. A lamplighter can also be seen lighting gas lamps. A walk around the island will provide you with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You can visit the island in the afternoon or evening to get the most out of your vacation.

  3. Wolin is the name of a Polish island in the Baltic Sea, right off Poland's coast, as well as a settlement on the island. The island is administered by the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Strait of Wina separates Wolin from the island of Usedom (Uznam), and the Strait of Dziwna separates Wolin from mainland Pomerania. Mount Grzywacz, at 116 meters above sea level, is the highest peak on the island, covering 265 km2 (102 sq mi). The population is 30,000 people. On this island have many attractions like Wolinski National Park, Turquoise Lake, Island Karsibor, Village of Viking & Slavs in Wolin...spoiled for you to explore and experience. This island is also considered one of the most beautiful islands in Poland.

The Wolin National Park, which spans over 10,000 hectares, is a region of remarkable natural interest. It would take several days to explore all of its attractions, although a decent cross-section can be visited without leaving Miedzyzdroje. Bicycling is the finest method to enjoy the park's splendor if you're in good shape, and the best vistas may be observed by following the red track. The park's other highlights include the country's tallest cliffs, which span for 15 kilometers along the shore. The surrounding Midzyzdroje, as well as Winoujcie and the German section of the island of Usedom, may be seen from the edge of the highest cliff, Gosan. Keep your camera handy, since sunset views in brilliant color can be captured here. If you're traveling with children, a small European bison reserve is a must-see. A few wild deer, eagles, and wild boars live on the reserve.

Turquoise Lake is a small, man-made reservoir named after the water's blue-green tint. There was a chalk mine here when Germany occupied the island, which is now the lake bed, and it gives the surface a wonderful hue when combined with light. You can take a quiet stroll around this magnificent lake, through the lovely woodland, surrounded by birds chirping. If you visit this beautiful spot, keep in mind that swimming and fishing are not permitted in the lake.

  4. Kepa Bazarowa is a one-of-a-kind Vistula islet near Toru, measuring approximately 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) long and 400 meters (1312 feet) wide with a total area of 70 hectares (173 acres). The riverine forest, which is a relic of the Toru Valley's riverine woods, takes approximately half of the nature reserve's total area, or 32.4 ha (80 acres). The most famous and intriguing panorama of Toru Old Quarter may be seen from here, standing on a modest observation platform.

The islet, however, has historical significance for Toru. Merchants who stopped here gave the town its name, which dates back to the 13th century. The First Peace of Toru was signed on February 1, 1411, in Kepa Bazarowa, ending the so-called Great War between Poland and the Teutonic kingdom. In his narrative of the incident, great Polish chronicler Jan Dugosz refers to the islet as Toru Islet. In the centuries that followed, it was also home to kings and their magnificent cortèges. A bridge connecting Kpa Bazarowa to the city at Bridge Gate (Brama Mostowa) was built here around 1500, and it was utilized by everyone who wanted to visit Toru. Built under King John Albert’s privilege, the bridge was the second bridge on the Vistula in the Polish Kingdom.
