Begin with the classics: foie gras with brioche, luscious lobster bisque, and Caesar salad tossed at the table. The Chateaubriand for two is a Fourways favorite, and the spiny lobster with crab filling is a special treat when it's in season. When it comes to dessert, the acidic Grand Marnier or the gingery Dark & Stormy are suggested as both of which go well with a glass of tawny Port.


The wine list is everything you'd expect it to be: long, costly, and full of varietals. Sadly, the same cannot be true for the by-the-glass selections. Order a bourbon Old Fashioned, a gin Martini, or a glass of bubbly and begin poring over the extensive menu.
