Wahoo chowder is creamy and delectable, similar to Boston clam chowder with potato and celery; wahoo nuggets are fried, kid-friendly pieces; and Bermuda's best wahoo tacos are Baha-style wahoo tacos. The most popular dish is the gently seasoned grilled wahoo served with a lemony gremolata butter.
