Floyd and Jacqueline opened Hackett Hot Wings at 1301 E. Langston Hughes-Broadway in September 2003, and with it, the Joplin community and visitors were introduced to true Memphis-style hot wings. However, calling Floyd and Jacqueline's wings "genuine Memphis-style" is no longer accurate. The wings have been dubbed "genuine Joplin-style" wings.

"Farmers" pays homage to those who begin the process, to those who toil to create the best and freshest food available. Their goal is to build a relationship with farmers that share their enthusiasm for high-quality food. Their job is to bring the results of their labor to the tables so that you can enjoy them. All of their sauces and house pickles are made from scratch. At the pub, they cut the chips, smoke the trout, and grow peppers, herbs, radishes, and a variety of other fresh produce.
For numerous reasons, they wish to bring you the greatest fresh, local products. First and foremost, it is delicious. The better the meal tastes, the fresher it is. Second, it's simply the proper thing to do. They want to invest in resources that are as near to home as possible, demonstrating to those farmers that they are just as proud of what they accomplish.

Both Garozzo's Italian restaurants in the Greater Kansas City Area are owned by Michael Garozzo. Michael was born and reared in St. Louis' "Hill." He began his restaurant career as a busboy, with a hope of one day owning a restaurant. Michael's father Salvatore and uncle Alfio, both lifelong waiters in prestigious restaurants, pushed him to achieve his ambition. Michael also wanted to be able to replicate the restaurant experience at home, so he started bottling his Sugo (tomato sauce), Diablo sauce, Amogio, and House Italian dressing. He meticulously follows each recipe and ensures that the sauces are available at most grocery stores in the Kansas City Metro Area.
Garozzo's began selling the Chicken Spiedini (freshly cooked, never frozen) in most local grocers in 2016. Please ask for Garozzo's Chicken Spiedini by name if you don't find it in your favorite meat category. Michael was named Restaurateur of the Year by the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association in 2001, and he served as President of the GKCRA in 2017. Ingram's Magazine, The Pitch, and Kansas City Magazine also named Garozzo's the Best Italian Restaurant in 2021. Michael, his family, and the entire Garozzo's crew cordially invite you to partake in a really authentic Italian dining experience.

A Cajun guy and his wife opened a restaurant on the banks of the Mississippi River in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, providing authentic bayou fare with a Louisiana vibe. It's a spot where people go to relax and enjoy time spent with friends and family by letting the river wash away their worries for a bit.
In 1986, Broussard's Cajun Cuisine in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, opened its doors. Barron T. and Kathy Broussard's desire of bringing their love of the bayou to their new home was realized. Broussard's immediately became a neighborhood favorite, establishing itself as the place to go for Louisiana-style art, music, and fun. They even put in an alligator tank, which is where the iconic "Felix de Gator" lives. While the genuine Felix was released into the wild many years ago, they continue to utilize a cartoonist's interpretation of him as our mascot.

The huge servings supplied on each order always astound those who visit Lambert's Cafe for the first time. These substantial portions, combined with the "THROWED ROLLS," have sparked a flurry of inquiries. They can't go into great detail about their activities, but they've tried to highlight some of the highlights of their "Throwed Rolls" cafe.
This stove was built entirely out of wood by Scott Lambert. In honor of Scott's son, it is known as "Joseph Scott Stove Co." Yes, you could start a nice warm fire here, but only for a short time. The stove is on exhibit at Scott Lambert's restaurant in Foley, Alabama. Hot rolls from LAMBERT'S are not only fun to catch, but also excellent to eat. They're made from scratch and cooked fresh all day, every day. Spread genuine butter on them, or try some country sorghum molasses if you're feeling experimental.

The restaurant, which opened in March 2007, is known for its superb and authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The restaurant is named after the Ethiopian calendar's first month. It is Ethiopia's most popular month since it marks the conclusion of the three-month rainy season and the start of a new year with bright and beautiful weather. Meskerem is a sign for all people of a new beginning, new life, joy, and hope renewal.
Meals are served in the traditional manner, atop flatbread and without utensils, with ingredients sourced from a shared meal. Although Ethiopian foods are tasty and spicy, Meskerem prepares them in such a way that they are not overwhelming to the average American palate. Chicken, steak, and fish, as well as green beans, lentils, cabbage, and chick peas, will be on the menu.
