  1. Massimo Bottura is an art collector in addition to being one of the world's best and most recognizable chefs. It's no surprise that his three-Michelin-starred Modena restaurant, Osteria Francescana, houses some of his favorite works. The ironed tablecloths and polished silver are symbols of Italian hospitality. It has a contemporary art collection, books, and vinyl records, and a pantry stocked with traditional Emilian ingredients like Parmigiano Reggiano, Aceto Balsamico, and Lambrusco.

Osteria Francescana is both fast and slow, a modern and traditional kitchen all at once. This tasting menu is updated based on the latest kitchen research. The starters include an eel swimming up the Po River, five ages of Parmigiano Reggiano in various textures and temperatures, croccantino: foie gras terrine covered with caramelized almonds from Noto and hazelnuts from Piedmont, filled with Villa Manodori Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, and served with Campanine apple mustard. It also includes lobster in a double sauce that is acidic and sweet, Fillet alla Rossini with foie gras and caviar, Modenese tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, and other dishes.

  2. Red Rooster, located in the heart of Overtown, serves comfort food that honors the roots of American cuisine as well as the diverse culinary traditions of the neighborhood. Chef Marcus Samuelsson's first Miami restaurant is a sensory overload. The restaurant's collection, curated by Derek Fleming and David Simkins, features conversation-starting works that embody "the excellence in the African-American experience". While you wait for your food, look around the room for pieces by Kara Walker, Derrick Adams, Elizabeth Catlett, and Rashid Johnson.

The menu is heavy on Southern comfort food, the music is always upbeat, and there's art everywhere you look. Lunch, dinner, and brunch are the three options on the menu. It is extremely diverse, with numerous types. It has Marcus' Cornbread with cast iron cooked, brown sugar curry butter, "Chicken-Fried" Green Tomatoes with lemon pepper jelly, Overtown comeback sauce, trout roe, Bigeye Tuna Crudo with Cuban coffee ponzu, burnt citrus, and so on. Some of the standout desserts are Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet with triple chocolate, magic shell, cookie ice cream, Miami Mangoes and Margaritas, Viking of the Keys with key lime curd, white chocolate fennel crémeux, almond graham crumble, Florida strawberries,...

  3. La Colombe d'Or, which opened its doors in 1931, became a haven for artists who were drawn to the area during both World Wars. The list of regulars grew over time to include Matisse, Picasso, and Miró, all of whom left art on the walls. The collection has only grown since then, and it's worth going outside to see the Fernand Léger mosaic and an Alexander Calder mobile that guards the pool.

The food is traditional, and the restaurant seats about 70 people in the main dining hall, 30 in a private room, and 100 on the garden terrace. The main dining area resembles something out of a movie set. The waiters are formal, with just enough English skills to serve a diverse clientele. It has an excellent wine list with high-quality wines at reasonable prices. It includes the house platter (antipasti) as well as a large basket of fresh vegetables, fresh fish, lamb chops, and so on.

  4. Le Gavroche serves unapologetic old-school fine dining, complete with two Michelin stars. The art on the walls is equally impressive and has only grown stronger as a result of current chef-manager Michel Roux Jr.'s good taste. Allow your eyes to wander the room as you work your way through the eight-course tasting menu, looking for works by Picasso, Miró, and Dal. There are also a few original pieces that tell stories about the history of this London landmark. It was founded in 1967 in Chelsea by the Roux brothers, Albert and Michel, and is now run by Michel Roux Jr, who took over in 1991. Le Gavroche remains the go-to haute cuisine restaurant for a dignified, extremely wealthy clientele. While it may bear the name of the street urchin from Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables, there’s nothing scruffy about the club-like decor.

The eight-course menu exceptional begins with soufflé suissesse, an exquisitely light and fluffy gruyère soufflé cooked on double cream: a recipe from the original restaurant. The sourness of an aigre-doux vinaigrette overpowered a salad of braised octopus and soft-shell crab, but a boudin noir served with a runny scotch egg and wicked piece of pork crackling quickly restored happiness. Roast squab arrives perfectly rare, accompanied by braised peas and hauntingly intense jus. A raspberry and gianduja millefeuille round out the dessert. The food is complemented by an imperious wine list, which includes 50 wines by the glass. The service is gracious, and it will allow you to appreciate the prosperous buzz of the place even more.

  5. Casa Lever, a sleek Italian restaurant in Midtown, houses 32 of Warhol's iconic silkscreen portraits, including well-known faces like Judy Garland, Aretha Franklin, and Alfred Hitchcock. The Warhols have been replaced by works by Damien Hirst, a British artist. Since the Majority of Me Rejects the Majority of You, a glossy, butterfly-filled masterpiece, can be found in the private dining room. Then there's Denatonium Benzoate, a hypnotic white canvas with colorful polka dots. This restaurant is an odd fit for the space, filling designer Marc Newson's hermetic honeycomb with the bizarreness of a trattoria opening in the Guggenheim.

Mario Danieli, their chef, has worked at Sant Ambroeus for many years. His presentations are more precise than those of the other members of the group. Petite slivers of sashimi-grade mackerel are served with smoked salt and lemon puree. The Vitello tonnato is tender and pink here, folded like petals around a raft of whipped tuna mayo. A delicate carpaccio of pristine wild salmon is topped with a salad of shaved mushrooms and raw brussels sprouts. Casa Lever keeps the tradition alive with a striated Limone cake layering white chocolate mousse, lemon curd, and raspberry gele, and a sort of upmarket Kit Kat with gianduia mousse and a praline crunch under a whisper-thin chocolate shell.

  6. Kronenhalle, a Zurich institution, has been serving hot meals to notable guests for a taste of art and culture since 1924. The owners befriended artists such as Picasso, Matisse, and Miró in the 1940s, collecting their work with the money they had and graciously accepting gifts from their new friends. Their guests experience legendary hospitality, and high-quality cuisine with tradition in a unique Zurich location, whether in the brasserie, the Chagall Hall, the Swiss Gallery, or in the three restaurant rooms of the Kronenhalle.

For decades, the Kronenhalle has fostered home-style cooking. This tradition is reflected in many dishes, including the Kronenhalle veal fillet with roasts. Seasonal specialties focus on light regional and Mediterranean cuisine. Ravioli with scampi and white curry or "Filetto di branzino al rosmarino" should not be overlooked. Vegetarian preferences are also taken into account. One of the many aspects that make a meal in the Kronenhalle an unforgettable experience is wine. They have all of the wines that go well with their dishes in their large cellar. Their long-term employees understand your wants and needs and serve you with joy and passion. The quality of their service is committed to the traditions. The service staff also master carving and flambéing at the table and do everything they can to exceed your expectations.

    Sketch

Sketch, the decidedly pink and wonderfully whimsical restaurant, is an art lover's dream, thanks in part to 91 colorful works by award-winning artist David Shrigley. The graphic prints range from a cat portrait to a news bulletin that reads, 'Woman Spills Coffee.' Shrigley's work is also on display; the artist has created a number of ceramic pieces that are emblazoned with phrases like 'It's not OK' and 'Dirt'.

The service is excellent. After your charming host walks you through the process, you're attended to by a dedicated 'tea master,' glam gals in slinky cocktail dresses and baseball shoes. It comes with a spoonful of caviar (Russian Sturgeon, grown in France) and Egg and Soldiers: two slim, cheesy toast strips and a fake egg in a very real egg cup (the white is an exceptionally good Comté cheese mornay, the yolk is from a quail and cooked to an ultra-soft 63 degrees). A perfect pear tart and a caramel and chocolate éclair demonstrated the pâtissières' skill, as did a black bread Croque d'York or the salmon and soured cream on rye. After still-warm scones, it’s all finished off with a wedge of Victoria sponge.

    Audrey

Chef Sean Brock's Audrey restaurant is a tribute to his Appalachian roots as well as a showcase for his personal art collection. The breathtakingly beautiful interior feels like a warm, welcoming museum, and visitors are encouraged to explore what's on display, which includes Mary Mooney's ethereal abstracts and a wide range of folk art, as well as Brock's own photography. The art on the walls, according to the chef, inspires the restaurant's food. Brock combines ordinary ingredients to create something entirely new and luxurious, much like artists do with textiles and materials.

The restaurant features a prix fixe experience, and The Bar offers five unique and new cocktails daily. With the restaurant’s hyper-focus on sourcing, items and preparations are subject to change. The food is very rich. It has strawberry gazpacho, greasy beans, lion's mane mushroom, Jimmy read corn, ramps, swiss chard, and so on. The waiters and service are great.

The Ned is located in the heart of London's financial district, and Kate Bryan, Soho House's head of collections, has curated a permanent collection in The Vault bar, lounge, and restaurant that challenges the gender inequality prevalent in both the financial and art worlds. The Ned's collection includes works by seven men and 93 women currently working in London, including Annie Kevans, Rachel Whiteread, Phoebe Collings-James, and Phyllida Barlow. 'Having such a ridiculously low number of men in the Vault 100 collection highlights the art world's imbalance better'.

The restaurant has a rooftop space for members with a heated pool, restaurant, two converted domes, and outdoor terraces for eating and drinking. It is also a British classic restaurant and bar in the grand banking hall for Ned's Club Members and Ned Friends Members to enjoy.
